His voice box was damaged during a fight with Esthar soldiers and cyborgs...he manages to express himself with the look on his face or in his eyes...
Kiros understands him better than anyone else but he is an important friend of Laguna who would damage heavily anyone attempting to hurt his friends...

i agree with u but that is not fix problem with his voice why they in esther dont operate this thing and help him maybe game gos in that way , maybe not inportant for the game.

camon they have hihgt tec on that town they lanch ship in the speace, they study the moon, they put Adel in the speace in living greave so camon they can fix that problem but like i said the game dont gos in thet way so we have what we see ward wihtout ward and that is paradoks.
