The original's from Tom Petty, and if you listen to the middle part of this sound-file, you'll obviously notice it's a total rip-off. -__-

Well i guess today you have to expect this from bands. Everyone now a days takes music from other artists and claims it as their own. This is a common occurence it is really nothing new.

But i will admit, i never expected this from Red Hot Chili Peppers..

I would love to see a lawsuit filed against the rich and famous...there hasnt been a good one recently.
