I dunno, anything's possible. Though the woman featured in all the previews so far isn't the actual main character, they have confirmed that the main character will be female. (So, that'll be the first true FF female lead, since most people don't consider Tina the main character of FFVI.)

Looks to be very futuristic. And...crystals! And....ATB! Ugh, this looks promising! We'll have to wait for it though.

Meh, I really would consider her a main character, but all 3 of them had a unique story of their own in the game. :D So, meh. It's either she's the main role, or all three of them equally share it. Oh well. Come out already FFXIII. <.<

Don't you think Tidus was the main Character of X-2...although he played more of a background role. It WAS all about him, right? :D
