I don't mind goths, and what they do. They're just normal people, living life how they want to. Using free will however they like, regardless of what anyone tells them. I wouldn't be one, because I don't want to. But meh. I've got a few goth friends here and there. :D

uh o.....wat lies beyond?Don't laugh, but I believed there is a world after death. When go return to this place when we sleep and we brough from that to here when we are born. All I know and heard is that this life is a test for the next. We might have to fight a huge battle or something when we go back there. No one really knows what death is and when you go when you die. but there has to be a world. If we come back to this world as a different person or something then we didn't past the test. Really I don't see why anyone is scared of death. When we come to this world we have nothing , but when we die we lose everything we obtaind in this life. But death is only the first step of many we have to faced. I tried not to get attacth to anything this life brings. I'm really and always will be when the time comes. Til then I always try to enjoy what life brings me til the next.

I believe neither in heaven or hell, i just believe a non-physical space where we end up after the body perishes: the spirit will live on, in new worlds beyond our imagination.

But i've had many ideas about death of course, one that i believe in the way of passing on as in Middle Earth :p, and another that there's going to be nothing, just like we were before we were born: nothing.

Same here. I ponder death alot, and its just an odd feeling. I was stuck on avathars idea about nothing after death (Like before birth), and its just creepy. Hopefully the christian beliefs are real, as thats what im following at the moment. Gives me an explination of afterlife so i dont have to think about it. ;)

Maybe the belief of Heaven keeps peoples hopes and faith in the world? I don't know. There may be a heaven. There may be a hell. Possibly a purgatory. Nothing after death would be a flaw in our creation. We live life just to go back to the nothingness feeling we had before we were born. If that's the case, why live? It all depends on our beliefs. Gothic people believe in Hell. XD All the ones I know anyway.

I like the Goth fashion, its cool. I used to be hardcore Satanic Goth, not anymore though. Scared the s**t out of me and then my Satanic Goth friend killed herself. Its been 4 years since I stopped and it still affects me now.

How would one define themselves as Goth? Goth isn't just the fashion, Goth itself has its background history. Goths used to refer to the farmers that dotted the country-side of Rome. After the rise of Christianity, the cathedrals used the style of "Gothic". Now people think Goths are evil, some are not, but some are mind you. I for one, am not evil.

Yes some of us do. Im more of a Goth in philosophy than in acctual looks and yes Ville Valo is the greatest lead vocals in the world!!!!

Sorry. Sadly I am sometimes stereotypical. I'm not racist by any means at all, i have two African American sisters, a Japanese uncle, and a mentally retarded brother, but still, I sometimes find myself prejudging people by culture, looks, and things like that. However, i think thats something everybody does. So I'm sorry if i offended anybody by what i said in earlier posts.

And since i posted that, i went to a LAN party, where everybody was a goth. Yet everybody there was just like me in almost every way.
