Does anybody knows how many administrators are there and what exactly do they do and one last thing who is in charge between all of the administrators.

Well, there's Shaggy (Administrator and Creator) and Arkacia (Administrator) and ShadowHeart (Moderator), and Me (Moderator).

At least that's what I thought everyone was.

Shaggy owns the site, makes the decisions, and is the top boss.

I'm sort of an overgrown supermod. The only difference between me and the mods is I have access to a few more forum toys than they do :p.
