It the same as fira firaga and so on, but fire 4 is like right after firaga. you will it if you played one of the very old final fantasy. that was the magic names they had before fira and firaga.

Funny Fact: If you have a spanish version of (At least works in FF8) FF8, the magics will appear as: Piro (Fire) Piro+ and Piro++ :D

Actually, I'm not sure if they meant it to be that way, but in Kingdom Hearts 2 there are accessories with elements, like fire bangle. The fourth level of the fire bangle is the firagun bangle. Thats just in KH2 though not FF. Just thought I'd throw that in.
