After coming onto the site this morning and finding an incident that may or may not be the result of a stolen password, I feel it is necessary to make clear what members can expect from staff in that instance.
Your password is YOUR responsibility to keep secure. We don't, won't and can't accept on face value any claims that rule breaking posts were the result of someone else cracking your account. We have no way of seeing who is at the keyboard of a computer, or proving who wrote what. The account is held accountable, no matter who pushed the keys.
So make sure you don't let others know you password, don't let others see you typing it in, and change it regularly.
Also, if you are on a network such as a school, work or librarry, or even if you just share a comp with others in your family, make sure you used the log out feature when you're finished on the site.
