Seifer's always carrying his Gunblade around, swinging it, twirling it, pointing it. Squall seems a little Gunblade-shy, so I have to give the nod to Seifer.

Squall because his got beter limit break and sefer is not master because his not SeeD ,all his master arts is iligal like his actions so he is bandit bat one things in sefer is a big, biger then all peopele in game and that is he protrct matron throuhg the end even in good and bed because matron is his mather and thet is good. If you see end of game you see when matron is laughing to squall and you see that is game stupid because is no end they roling in circle all the time.But all in all game is good to play.

Seifer was the pupet of a powerfull sorceress that manipulated his dreams....nevertheless he was garden's strongest student....very skilled with gunblade (Hyperion) Has four limt breaks also....and still the most vigorous ,fight lover.....he must be respected for that.....then again I would defeat him for evreytime he would be a bloodhound between me & sorceress Ultimicia....

I would say seifer is pretty skilled in using a gunblade as he did slice Odin in two. But he did fail to dodge Gilgamesh's sword attack.

I don't know if he's the master, but I think his gunblade looks a little bit better than Squalls. Squall's Twin Lance is the best though, but I'm just comparing the originals.

Squall has a better limit break, GF's, and although he is younger it seems that he has more skill. I mean, in FF8 Seifer was just a weak little punk-ass. XD And plus, the cold, distant-type warriors, although stereotypical, are always better in battle; always calm and collected. And kewl. X3

Actually, I'm not really sure about whether Seifer won the opening battle or not... ( I can't remember the conversations either... XD ) but Squall does make the scar that Seifer has in the opening scene, as well as Seifer does Squall's one.

About a battle... I think Squall would win. Because Squall wins him all through the game, since we 'train/improve' Squall. Because he's supposed to improve and get stronger.

When you check the demo of ff8 you see squall do the same damage to seifers face but on the actual game that part is missing off the fmv.

I dont think seifer is as good as squall though but his clothes are cool.
