ff7 or 8?

ff7 is way better. The story line dragged me in while ff8 had the graphics the best airship and the storyline needs work

FF7 is way better than 8 in my opinion :).

It had a better storyline, better characters, better villans and more interesting side quests.

FF7 easily for me.. it's my favourite FF game and the one console game I've spent by far the most time on. FF8 is fun (when you do a low-level game and power level at the end, random battles are horribly tedious in FF8), but FF7 is easily better IMO.

i would go with 8 all the way its my fav dont get me rong FFVII was a good game just in my opinion 8 is way better

Final fantasy 7 is the better game as it can be hard if you play a low level game. Whereas 8 with a low level game you can still junction things to your hp and still progress easily to the end of the game.
