in ffX, (as far as i got), bahamut has a ring thing floating on his back (or is it attached? i'm not sure.) when he uses his overdrive, mega flare (who'd guess? :p), it spins around, like he's charging up. then he launches his uber-psychadelic mega flare. (it looks pretty awesome!) thats what i meant :D

you should be able to buy it used for less than 25 $, even that sounds like too much...thats how i got mine. (i dont remember the comparison of a euro to a dollar, Shadow Heart said it in another thread, but i dont really think it'd be much more, unless it's really rare in europe :confused: )

Yeah, monsters have a 'Zanmanto resistance level', which lower the chance of Yojimbo using Zanmato, and your relationship level with him increases the chance he'll use it, and of course, how much you pay him.

i liked the look of the special attacks on yojimbo and i liked the way u had to pay him i thought tht was a twisted but cool way to make the game more intresting. but my fav would have to be valefor due to the fact i dont think anyone else has meantioned him/her (cant remeber which) and tht its the other aeon tht had 2 overdrives (energy ray and energy blast) which was cool. and when i got the aeon for the first time it was cool the look for it and the fact it was unique apart from maybe palidor in ff6 which was also a bird (not including phoenix as it wasnt really a bird more a god type thing in my opinion)

That could be because she is the aeon of pain and suffering :p

I have played this game a little more since my last post and I am chosing anima as my favourite aeon.

Reasons being that its overdrive is hitting enemies for nearly 20 hits and for each hit it is doing sometimes as much as 99 999 damage.

All of my aeons do 99,999 damage with any attack except ixion, but i still thinks yojimbo is the best best if he has been treated correct. now i only must give him 1 gil and he does zanmato which in my opinion is the best attack anybody or anything can do works in anything (almost)

How do you manage to get Yojimbo to do Zamnato with 1gil?

I have the guide and seen it on the gamefaqs sites and it goes into detail how the hidden relationship with yojimbo works and I dont recall 1gil being mentioned.

ok i will rephrase that ALMOST every time 1 gil and he will do zanmato.

well he has a motivation number (unknown) but to get it up and keep it up before you use him save your game so if he uses diagoro or dies reset and this DOES take time.

then go to battle a fiend pay him money increasing the amount untill he does wakizashi on all foes. this is the best factor to increase his motivation (apart from Zanmato) continue to do this each time untill he does Zanmato then start to lower the gil rate slowly. he will start to do zanmato automatically when you summon him which is great
(he will not do this on Dark Aeons, Penzance and Nemesis you will need his overdrive up to do this due to a very high factor on them)

This is very costly but at the stage in the game that you should be doing this you should have the gil. it now should be ALMOST every time he will use it between 1-20 gil mine is mostly 1 or he will do wkizashi never anything different.

I summoned him once when I fought dark shiva and he Zamnato'd her without being given any commands, I was gobsmacked I can tell you.

He did have a full overdrive gauge though
