Challenges?

So, have you ever made any gaming challenges for yourself, or done challenges made up by others? (Although it's a shame that modern RPGs are so easy to have people make challenges...)

I've only done a few, so here's mine (mine aren't to splendid.)

-Beat Sephiroth (Bizzaro and Safer) with Cloud alone using the Buster Sword. (FFVII)

-Beat Brachioraidos with Cecil alone (FFIV Advance)

-Beat Zeromus EG with Cecil alone (FFIV Advance.)

I also want to really do a SCC (Single Class Challenge) or a solo character challenge in FFV someday. :p

I beat Emerald Weapon without KOTR once. That's about the closest thing to a "challenge" that I've done :)

Man, beating Emerald Weapon is a challenge itself!! I guess beating Rubi Weapon was my bigger challenge...

I've done that too, but with four Counter/Mimes. Now, beating Ruby without KOR is another matter...:p

I didn't have Counter/Mimes. This was many years ago, before I even knew about that combination. I used Demi + Quadra Magic with W-Magic and Limit Breaks.

In FFIX, when you have to send half your team to Oeilvert, and the other half stays in Desert Palace, you should try this choosing:

Desert Palace: Steiner, Freya, Amarant and Quina

Oeilvert: Zidane, Dagger, Eiko and Vivi.

Alright! It seems I will actually do a real challenge, although it's rather random. (This 'seconds' challenge on Gamefaqs, the seconds of your posts determine things.)

I'm gonna play Star Ocean 3, with the following:

Play on Universe! (Not too difficult...except the beginning and end of the game.)
Play with Sophia, Nel, and Roger. (Picked at random, and Nel and Roger are awesome! Damn, if I got a 21, it would've been Albel instead of Sophia...wait, that'd be impossible. Nevermind.)

Only use Item Creation on Post-game. (Not a problem. I hardly use IC in the main story.)

Must get the Sophia ending *whips out guide book for Private actions*, thus, fight Sophia with Fate in the Urssa Cave Temple. (Is that hard? I wouldn't know, I always get the 'alone' ending...)

Only use Items you find in treasure chests. (Ooh! Hm...)

Do the Cave of Trials before the Urssa Cave Temple. (Thus, Fate will be stronger than normal.)

Level Restrictions. (I was so close to getting none! Heh, oh well.

Must be at level 60 or under at Lucifer.

Cave of Trials: Level 90-150 (Same for the Urssa Temple.)

By Lenneth: Level 200 (Same for Iseria Queen)

Freya: Level 255 (which is...the maximum. Okay.)

Overall, sounds like challenge. I'll get to it whenever I finish this Universe playthrough. (If, I'm losing horribly to Luther. :()

Beating the final boss of Paper Mario:The Thousand Year Door with no badges. O.O

The very first time I defeated emerald weapon I was at the part of the game where you have just gained controll of the shinra sub. I had no final attack materias or knights of round nor none of the uber materias which make it easy to defeat emerald weapon though I did have the underwater materia.

It took me over half an hour to defeat it this way but it was a challenge, a very enjoyable one.

What about getting cloud to defeat a master tonberry on his own with a buster sword and no mystile armour? No magic allowed! nor final attack phoenix
