Maybe it can be put at the top of the page alongside the other? And like put the Final Fantasy net text/link that is to the right left of the current banner under them or above them..?

I can always make the banner a tab smaller so it will fit if it's too long. Whatever you want to do shag.

I can make it smaller width wise to fit it in that spot if you decide that's where you want to put it.
