just made this thread so everyone can share there affection of everones favorite nonsense boss: gilgamesh!! (or , as i call him, gilgy :D ) sure, the turks and ultros are nice, but they cant beat gilgamesh ;)

why gilgy is so cool:

he looks cool.(not zeromus cool, but cool enough.)

hes a big softie

he reappeared as a funny boss in Dos

he has a badass theme.

and...you have to feel sorry for him since x death sucked him into the cleft of dimension!!

plus... he saves you in that one optional boss battle for the super useful save point.

so...share why you love gilgy! :)

Did you know after the first 2 times you fight gilgamesh every time you face him after that he has a valuable piece of armour to mug from him. Genji helm, Genji armour and genji glove.

I met Gilgy yesterday ^^ Finally!! Galuf died today... and I don't like Cara =\ Galuf would make a cool dragoon, but Cara's outfits... bah...

But Gilgy is Teh Great ^^

(I played DoS beofre I reached the 2nd world in FFV :D)

Yep he is up there with ultros, the turks and biggs and wedge

Pure comedy moment when he changes form and starts attacking you with excalipur and wonders why it is only doing 1hp damage to you. The dialogue was quite funny and on top of that he gets sent to the n-zone as punishment.
