Get a Memory Stick that holds at least 1 GB. If you have long Replays, you'll need it.

I hava a vote for worst character:

Ultimecia

I cannot for the life of me get used to her, her attacks are dreadfully slow and have horrible accuracy. She has Time Stop, but that takes a while to cast and her EX Burst is not impressive either.

She's the worst.

Ultimecia, like most of the villains, takes a lot of practice to get used to, Apocalypse is her best attack due to it's Anit-Aerial side effect. :p but, if you can get a good position, you can spam greatly with her.

Ultimecia: Air, Strategic, Defensive
Ultimecia has many long range and mid range attacks to pummel your opponent into submission. However, she has no close range game.
