Master Materia
 

You get the master materia by giving an item to some guy i forgot anyway there is a way to get master magaic and master summon for all characters it hink you can go to the battle arena and get high scores and get it that way if not i think you need certain items not sure if its those soldiers you get and you give them to that guy who lives in that small house near the coast.

To get the Master Materia of a certain colour (Magic, Summon, Command, etc.), you must have a mastered copy of each kind of that colour Materia in your inventory, then go to the corresponding coloured huge Materia in Bugenhagen's Observatory in Cosmo Canyon. (Provided you got that colour in the huge Materia quest.) You can also get Master Materia by defeating Emerald WEAPON and giving the Earth Harp to the Kalm Traveler.
