To put pictures in posts, first you need a website to host them at, like photobucket or photoshack, and then once theyv been uploaded theres a part where it gives you a link in...

It looks like the girl in the avatar...kind of, the face
And ya, blue and white go together good :)
The blue stands out and is noticable, but not totally like a darker color
