Well I also felt IX wasn't that great...but I do need to play through it again :p

I thought the story to X, although linear, was amazing! Not many games have as cool a storyline IMO.

I only played through it once and didn't find anything enticing enough to come back to it since I flipped it. Although I would like to play through the classics again. :p
