Yes, but remember that the floors in the Lunar Ruins are randomly generated each time you enter. You may not get the 'What type of character are you?" floor every time.

That being said, sure, you could get maximium stats, but not many people are going to bother doing that, considering at level 99 any character can take down anything with ease, alone.
