Vincent has only one good thing, limitbreaks, if he doesnt get hit he doesnt do any real dmg.
For me Nanaki (Red XIII) or Cloud is the best, but it all depends how mutch u play with each character. Cloud is the strongest in the game (if not Tifa) and Nanaki is the speediest, and u gotta just love howling moon.
