You can beat her w/a couple of party members w/fully-opened celestial weapons and who've gone through at least two portions of the sphere grid. Wakka, Tidus and Rikku to begin...having First strike on a weapon is a must, so you may want to include Tidus and Auron w/their weapons with that ability - Sonic Steel and Masamune respectively.

Afterwards - have Rikku mix, Tidus and Wakka use their ODs for blitz ace/Slice & Dice and Attack Reels. If you have another OD w/Rikku and you want to try to mix again - go for it either w/trio of 9999 or Super Uber Guard (or whatever) and keep auto-life on everyone...summoning when you have a chance before Shiva attacks and you should live through it.
