Hmm, this is difficult. But here goes:
Kaze Arashi (Wind Storm, I believe) black short hair lies flat upon his head, brown eyes, average height and weight, wears metal chest armor and two shoulder pads, thick brown boots with small metal spikes dotting the tips, carries a retractable, long thin sword sheathed across his back. Wears a white cloak at all times unless his strength is needed, otherwise he attacks with his red oak staff which is also used for healing. Has a small blue reptilian like creature following him everywhere he goes, also capable of attacking with its sharp claws and spiked tail.

Moves: 1. Heal (Obvious) 2. Deity Strike, calls upon the natural elements to use their own attacks bashing the enemy with fireballs, causing an earthquake, blinding with light, paralyzing with darkness, bashing with a torrent of water 3. Hell's Uprising, the Earth splits open sending dark demons to blanket the sky, blocking out all sunlight, then the most powerful demon rises, only visible by the flames in his eyes, attacks the enemy and causes fear.
All moves are done with a swing of his staff and repeating the words of the attack. His sword has no special attacks, it's just a sword. He has great agility and speed to make up for his physical strength.
The reptile's moves don't consist of any spoken words, but he can summon a flock of flying dragons against the enemy and can spray acidic like saliva from his mouth.
Limit Break: Sentient Aurora: Only achieved when the elements, heaven, and hell have failed to take down the enemy. Kaze Arashi rises into the air, lifts his staff high above his head and summons the power of the cosmos, sending shooting stars and meteorites bashing the enemy until nothing of their body remains.
