One of the easiest ways to kill Ozma, is to just throw Dark Matter at him. He only has about 55555hp and DM does 9999 damage, so just find/buy 6 of them and have Auto-Life equiped when you fight him. You should easily be able to get enough attacks in before your party's wiped out twice.
