Okay I need help with two things please!

I need any advice on how to get past a part in VII.

I am currently at the part were you are running around as Cid, and have to stop a train before it crashes. Now this is what I need help with. I just can't get past this part. My sister tried to tell me that I have to be a level 50 or higher...but I don't know.

I need to know where I can find, so VERY High quality screen caps from Advent Children so I can make some really good renders. I would make them on my own...but I don't know how to make screen caps. XD
