You can select to making it from scratch, with HTML codes and everything, or use pre-made templates and create and custumize the pages as you like.
The only bad thing is that you have to wait a week to upload more than X MB. It must be some sort of warranty so that people don't start making the websites and leave them unfinished, using up loads of bandwidth for nothing
