He wasn't created, technically, he was injected with Jenova Cells while in the womb, and infused with Mako at birth. Same with Genesis and Angeal, except Genesis had failed the experiment because the Jenova Cells clashed with his own and he degraded. Angeal was under the same experiment as Sephiroth, he passed, but his genes could still be copied, making him degrade, so he was a failed experiment. Something along those lines, I can't really remember the story of CC.

Isn't Avalanche in the mobile one bad? They try to get a Weapon or something to destroy the world. I think that's why you control the Turks in it.
