ff final boss overview

im gonna make a short summary of all the ff final bosses plus the bosses' strategies.

ff1 chaos: uses cure 4 randomly, its like a new chaos all over again...his attacks seem to be random. very irritating, but that doesnt usually happen.

ff2: emperor: uses curse and other status spells ...and power magics, like flare, and holy...which doesnt make sense since he sold his soul to satan...(sorry, spoiler alerts are void after almost 16 years...)very annoying. but, if you use two blood swords, plus yoichi and masamune's effects, then its game over for empy

ff3: cloud of darknesss.: uses only one attack. flare wave. it does alot. so...have both sages cure 4 everyone every turn, and the ninjas chuck stars at her, and shell die in no time...but why is the epidemy of all evil a snake chick?!

ff4: zeromus: yay!! my idol!! he uses bio, flare, and meteo, plus big bang!! and, after he uses big bang, your hp goes down all the time! hes probably even more difficult than x death! he also uses black hole, which negates all positive statuses.(no haste or shell?! why?!!!) so..you should go clone some more excaliburs with the item glitch, and throw them at him with edge...which i will do on my emulator after this thread...

ff5: x death.: god, i hate this guy! with mime, its too easy, but without it, its too hard.sigh...(magic shuriken, mime, mime, mime,...)plus, the final part of his body casts meteo over and over again! argh!!!

ff6: kefka: after xdeath, they made all the bosses too easy...(x magic ultima...)

ff7: sephiroth: well...supernova is irritating, but since it cant actually kill you, sephys not winning any awards...well...one winged angel is cool!

ff8: ultimecia: in all her 5 form glory.not to mention, the coolest final battle theme! (meltdown, aura, duel+renzokuken)did you know you can kill griever in one duel?! he still will use shockwave pulsar though..then he explodes! i guess they dont make the final bosses like they used too...all insanely difficult and all...but wait, whats this?!

ff9: necron: okay...hojo has genetically fused zeromus, exdeath, and chaos, and the result is a cool lookin blue thingie majig with awesome moans of agony in his background music. he has a down to 1 hit point spell, grand cross(x deaths status attack) plus, the big long animation damage spell. hes actually a challenge ...unlike 6-8.

bleh, thats my long final boss summary. enjoy!

add on: ugh!!! zeromus is so hard!!! guess i could train rosa until she gets holy...if you use bahamut, he counterattacks with flare!! its settled, zeromus is hands down the single most difficult ff final boss besides x death!! (and not just because i love him and he looks super awesome..although he certainly does

Heh, he actaully never used Shockwave Pulsar on me except as a final attack when he died.. that I can remember. Maybe the first time, but I'm not sure

I actually still haven't compleated FF9

need to get round in doing it one day. I got to the boss before u fight the main one and well kept getting beat, so i gave up... i gotta try it agian sometime

these i think are the toughest final bosses (of the ones i played):

1. Ultimecia
2. Sin
3. Sephiroth
4. Chaos
5. Kefka
6. Emperor
7. Necron

and yeah, i tought Necron was easy!

and the coolest final bosses:

1. Sin
2. Sephiroth
3. Necron
4. Chaos
5. Ultimecia
6. Emperor
7. Kefka

Can I add-on???
FFX - Sin I found to be way to easy, even at normal levels, but then again, I suppose he's supposed to be since yu yevon is the final boss. Then all you have to do is beat the aeons. This ending is way too lame!

Not even the Magus sisters were a challenge! But I enjoyed the game as a whole.

FFX-2 - ...I'll just call him the Tidus wannabe, is that ok? Again, way too easy. It's like Square gave up on making difficult-to-thrash final bosses. Nothing like the FFIV days, huh Zeromus_X?
