i dont see the point in taking away any emotion when its more likely that when sumthing is said it will envoke another emotion that doesnt need to be expressed in the certain situation, causing more problems. but i wouldnt take any away

Think again, Kat, you really want anger to replace each time you're sad? ^_- You wouldn't be able to live that way. A human being has all of its different ranging emotions, just to be able to divide them, and to be able to live and to live with the emotions that we experience as "bad" ones.
But imagine a perfect life without anger, pain and hate, without all the bad ones.

and it is a very true statement all your emotion have a trigger that leads to another emotion, without anyone emotion there would be an absense of triggers to all your emotions. No emotion should be removed
