Time to System recover?

I think im just gonna sweep everything off my compter and start off fresh. I got a virus and its done a number on my computer. Its totaly ruined my sys32 files and i cant do anything about it. I cant open my task manager anymore and i cant do many functions that uses sys32. No virus scanners can get it off (i have like 7 different antivirus/anti spyware programs) so im thinking i may have to start anew. Unless anyone has any ideas (but im a huge nerd and even im stumped =p)

Edit : i cant system restore either

Re: Time to System recover?

I am in need of advice.
First off my computer background suddenly had a screen with flashing "Warning malware" and linked me to a site to download software... FAKE i know, www.wasserbettenhife.com so i decided to download Malwarebytes to take care of it, but the whole thing wouldn't run

I restarted then the screen just came up with my background with no menu or icon. i tried ctrl+shift+delete it said ADMIN has restricted or something of that sort

HERE"S THE BIG THING... i wanted to do a system restore but stupid me i did SYSTEM RECOVERY... now i'm dead

1. after recovery i still see my personal downloaded software and file i saved on the DESKTOP...risk adjustment coding so i think it wasn't the destructive kind

2. I CANT FIND MY PICTURE FILE OR FILES IN "MY DOCUMENTS"

3. my picture file is about 40gb... and the c drive still seem full...

PLEASE HELP!!!! its picture from the last 6 years of our family... the memories...
THANK YOU FOR READING... ANY ADVICE???

thanks A LOT

Sounds like you have a trojan(?) Not sure, but had almost the same problem on the work computer and that was the case x2. See if you can talk to a buddy who happens to know a little computer sp33k and fork 'em $30 to clean it for ya. At least that's what I would try.

Re: Time to System recover?

Well you can try Zone Alarm, bein a nerd, and knowing what is "32", you shouldn't have much problems using it as you can handpick and filter every single interwebz related file to allow or block; a super advantage is that it's one the lightest startup programs in exiztenzz!! (reason why i like it too ^.^)

hopefully, my 3 year late advise will be useful (well mebee next time it happenz :-/)
