So level 99 is like Proud Mode from KHII? Still beatable, yet fun in every way?

errr.. no, cause there are monsters like torama (i think that was its name, the one that looks like a tiger with long whiskers) and some others that have LV? death.

i think higher levels are more fun cause its harder and you find yourself facing a large variety of variables that affect the fights. that n the fact that you know that u could still get pwned at any given time (more often than the low levels)

besides, LV death is only one of countless 1-hit-ko attacks; don't remember well enough, but i think having status-df of death 100% stops it.

You could always junction Stop or Death to your attack, although most of the monsters would probably be immune to it.

I never usually like something til I try it, like guarding in Dissidia, now it's my trump card.

Gets harder every time you level up, that almost presses you to shout, "A LEVEL UP????!! NAAAOAOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"

Atleast its a challenge still. If you power-level in any FF you can own all the bosses easy while in FF8, they still become a challenge.

So nothing makes a boss easier, you only beat FFVIII by being really lucky and godly skillful.

Well. Some bosses are easy. You've just got to junction the right magic when fighting them.
