You 'n' me both, I used to love FFVII but now I feel kinda sick of it. Even if they did announce a remake now I don't think I would trust them to get it right since I'm betting they would squeeze as much pointless fan service in as they could fit in ><

i wouldnt be suprised if they made another game of movie based on the events after DoC, mainly because of the bonus ending??

Hmm they might make a remake...if they consider how much money they would get from it...

They're at least allowing downloads of the original VII onto the PSP and PS3, no graphic enhances or anything, it's the same old PS graphics and the same all round game. I'm not complaining, graphics never mattered to me, I still play Secret of Mana today.

But whether or not they actually fully remake the game or not is a mystery. They've released a trailer for it, so maybe they will, maybe they won't. I find it best when in the gaming business, not to get your hopes too high, that's what happened to me with XII, and I honestly tried to play it, but the battle system(ironically what I was most excited about) turned out to be too hard for me.

So, just be prepared for the worst if Square has to ditch the project. T-T

Well like someone said in a previous post, if they do make it, then it probably wont be as good as the original.

And yea i don't really care if games have good graphics (although it looks cool). I just like them for there great storyline and play. I still play SNES (I did have a NES but we got rid of it) games today cos they had great games on them.

Graphics are only there to impress. :P

Most games made today aren't as good as they were ages ago because all the work is being put into the graphics.

I couldn't play Halo 2 or 3, Halo I was a god at, but after that, I just couldn't kill ANYTHING! T-T Everytime my friends and I get together to play Halo 3, I'm always on the Most Killed and No Kill lists...

The pistol on Halo 1 was uber. It owned everything and everyone. Then it just became crap after Halo 2. But I hear the pistol in Halo: Reach, is going to be like Halo 1's pistol. We'll just have to wait and see.

I was gonna get one for KH3, but my salary won't allow me for some time. I get about 10 bucks of spending money a month. The rest of it is for food and whatnot.
