Sephiroth wasn't trying to rule the world though. He was trying to become a God by murging with the Lifestream. And he came pretty darn close. If he wanted to I'm sure Sephiroth could have taken over Shinra and thus the world. Sephy got greedy and it cost him!

I also both liked and disliked Kuja. His part in the story was just great, but he...he was a mixture of Sephiroth and Kefka, but his character didn't pay any tribute to either of them. =/ (since FFIX is a tribute to oldies, and all ^_- )

Meh......yeah. The only reason I dislike Kefka is because he got what he wanted, then got beat. O.o Sin wasn't all that great either.

i think seymour is the worst, because since sin was jecht he really couldnt help what he was doing, sin made him do it thats why tidus had to stop him.

Seymour got too annoying. He was always that somewhat weak enemy that appears almost every major place you go to. Like Gagazet, and Inside Sin. o.0
