Brainpan bug in Pharos?

I have found a wierd bug in the Pharos at Ridorana. When farming Brainpans, occasionally I will come across one (after killing them the first time around and they have respawned) that I cannot target. they are completely motionless and no flame is above their head. It is as if they are not really even there.

Anybody know what this is all about?

Have no clue...and I'm not there in the playthrough I'm currently at. Where in the Pharos are you?

I was up in that area with the brainpans and the bridges...(long since left there and come back several times)...first ascent. You'll know it when you get there.
