Ultamecia's Castle from FF8. I couldn't (and still can't) get enough of the song that plays over and over XD
Second favorite dungeon: Memoria (FF9.) I just thought it very interesting.. And if you don't mind me saying, my LEAST favorite final dungeon was inside Sin (FFX.) That place was NOT FUN. XP
