Lol, I still pumped up my Magic Evasion like crazy in the GBA version. Physical attacks really hurt, but at least my characters dodged magic like it were nothing!

Force Equipment, Paladin's Shield, all of the stuff that you used in the original game to maximize your magic evasion (in the original, magic evasion counted towards both physical and magical attacks for whatever reason). This was fixed in the GBA version, so that's why I mentioned how much physical attacks hurt. Thank goodness for Golem!

Re: Powerleveling in FF6: Lete River

Hmm... I wonder if I should use my Espers more-often and level up different stats instead

Re: Powerleveling in FF6: Lete River

I'm considering not doing it next play cause the game is a little easy anyway. I might try and level the spells for around 90 for magic offence and then concentrate on speed or stamina.

Is that ALL Stamina does - doesn't your base defense get factored in there as well?!

Yeah - its a tad easy. I'm considering a CES playthrough or maybe a no Esper/Esper bonuses playthrough to give it a few degrees of difficulty.
