Valient Knife(Hope the spelling is right.)Actually this weapon's power goes up when the bearer HP is high (Same as the Atma Weapon)

Strongest Dirk

Wasn't it the one you found in the fanatics tower? I have forgotten its name. It randomly casts stop on the enemy when you hit them with it.

Oh and the valiant knife increases in damage the more hp you lose.

Hint - only one location besides the Veldt.
