^^ That's who I voted for... he ruined <most> the heros lives and sabotaged his emperor...stole into the Esper world and merked all the espers he could throw a shiny star at... he vaporized villages and the people in em...he is teh bad!!!

Your dont have Kuja from 9 so umm Sephy i guess. Acctually i like Seifer better because he was a mislead human villan so he sorta has that villan you can relate to aspect.
