I made 2 screenshots of the location of the 2nd Ribbon for you. If you want to find it yourself, just ignore this post

You should walk right through the wall at the location shown here, the arrow points at where you pass through. There is a hidden passage that leads to a room with a chest with the Ribbon, as shown here.

After finding it, I'd say if you don't have a FAQ or already know of its location, it's basically only luck if you find it. You can't see the passage, most people would just take the path to the north like you should.. the only chance you have of finding it is if you by accident walk too close to the wall, because then you can see that there's something on the other side. I mean, you have to pass by there to get on with the game and I played this game 12+ times and never seen that hidden room. I guess most of those times I didn't really explore, and just walked along the path I always did, but still..

Anyway..

I've managed to get a PS screenshot of the location of the Magic Counter materia in the final dungeon.

As you can see, it's A LOT more difficult to spot in the PS version than the PC version. In fact, if you don't stop and look at the right spot, there's almost no way you will see it..

You get Tetra Elementals from morphing Cactuars, not Ribbons.

on the turk's alliance , there was a thing about Cid's second ultimate weapon, and it was proved true. cant remember what it was or how to get it though...having to go through all the wacky aeris rumors..lol
www.turkalliance.cib.net and also maybe www.ff7citadel.comif you get 6000 points on the speed ride in gold saucer, you get a weapon for cid... it has 100 attack,and attack %

talk to the white chcocbo, feed it and itch it behind the ears and you well get a flare materia.

You can obtain the "quadra magic" materia without the assistance of a chocobo. You have to land the airship while moving and steering just right (I just did this the other night after trying for about 3 minutes.) but its worth the effort. Remember,
- It's only cheating if you use codes.

I'm guessing you are talking about the weapon(can't remember the name) that you win in the Speed Square if you get 5000+points. You can get an Umbrella for Aeris in Disc. 1 and this weapon for Cid in disc. 3.

are the weapons you win for 5000+points.

A hint for the Speed Square.
If you start a roller coaster ride and then hit pause, AND LEAVE IT PAUSED FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS, the ride will go really slow so you can shoot all of the monsters with ease. Also, to kill the big flying saucer that is worth 1000 points rapidly tap circle. This way you get lots of quick but powerful hits.

I met this one guy on another forum, and he talked to me that he found a way to revive Aeris. o_- Now i've heard ALOT of ways of getting Aeris back in the game which are all nonsense. You can only revive Aeris by using a Gameshark code. But this guy was serious, he told me that he tried it himself and he did have Aeris back as a playable character. Anyway, here's his text:

heres the thing Although most people think it is impossible you can revive Aeris.You need 7 things in order to do this.

1.Playstation version of final fantasy 7

2.Tissue(from battle square)

3.Tissue(from battle square)

4.Tissue(from battle square)

5.Tissue(from battle square)

6.Buster sword.

7.Mastered revive materia.



If you put a mastered revive on the buster sword you will see a fourth star named resurrect.You must however get somewhere between 800,000 and 1,500,000ap to get the ability.The easiest way is to either kill the weapons or go to the magic pots in the North crater.



When you have done that.Go to Aeris's house go into her room and nuse the four tissues.Cloud will tell the others that he wants to revive aeris.They will be doughtful at first but will eventually agree.



Go to the church with Cait Sith in your party then talk to the kid on the right.She will want to play with Cait Sith as hes a cat.



Go to bone village ang go to the part in ancient city where Aeris prayed for holy.Put the materia on the alter and kneel and pray.Aeris will tell you to go to the church.



Aeris will become alive at the church.



Now celebrate with a bit of fotty on the tele.
