Whoops, seemed I mixed them up. Well, basically you kill all the Bluck things the Kum Kum creatures summon for more experience. With a single character, you can see this would add up quite quickly.

Well, in that case, a lone character in the Crystal Tower should be fine. You can also abuse the Kum Kum trick, where you let them keep duplicating themselves forever until you have the desired...

If on the original version, one solo character in the Moon's Core.

If on the Gameboy Advance version, one solo character with a Ribbon, Hero's Shield, and/or Adamant Armor through the Lunar Ruins....
