Yeah your right there, though at the same time I think if wakka was leader of spira nothing would ever get done.

E.g he was so indecisive about choosing a name for his and lulus child it took him...

Well dont forget the "choco meteo" spells. They are quite powerful for such a cuttsey cuddly lil chocobo.
