"I'm sorry" would be 'gomen nasai' if you were being polite, if you were being casual you could just say 'gomen'. Saying 'warui' (bad) is equivalent to saying 'my bad'.
For good luck...'ganbatte' works as an interjection. For nouns, 'kou un' is 'good luck', and 'aku un' is 'bad luck'.
