Re: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
But I do.
Anyway, yes, it was an okay game. Unfortunately, it isn' t popular enough around here to merit it's own forum, yet anyway. I honestly don't think it would be even if it did, but y'never know. |

Great game, with a unique atmosphere and magnificent music from Kumi Tanioka and others.A folkish medieval style i'd say.

the game is unique and well put together. but it's a way different path than your average FF. it can get kind of boring if you don't have friends though. i also hated the fact that if you didnt have a GBA you couldn't do multi player. just another cheap marketing ploy put out by nintendo

Re: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Yeah, well, gaming complanies do enjoy money, I'd imagine. So they can make more games.
Anyway, yes, although all the components for multiplayer are costly, it pays off in the end. The game was meant to be played with two or three other friends, not alone. That's why it really baffles me when people say that the game sucked when they were playing alone. That being said, this game is awesome with three other friends. Try beating the game in one night, or seeing how far you can get, anyway. xD |

with friends, that has to be one of the best multiplayer games on the market. and the replay value is awesome since the fiends drop different kinds of items, new areas are opened, the fiends are harder to fight, and you continue with your earned stats. very great game in multiplayer. as for single player mode, it's good a few times through

Re: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
It took me a few days to get used to it but eventually I was hooked. I cleared it in one player mode but haven't played in in multiplayer. The game is more of a cross between final fantasy and legend of zelda. I hear there is gonna be a sequel to it for the new nintendo WII

Re: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
The game from time to time on single player can be a challenge. The crab boss in the first dungeon. starts attacking you with thundaga, after the 3rd myrhh tree cycle which really started peeing me off.
Also the antlion boss in the desert isle was pretty hard on the third cycle also. Anyone know how to do that puzzle in rebena te ra where there are four of those squares next to each other? |

Re: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
You have to let a skeleton cast any spell on you while standing on one. Do that for all four squares.
And i totaly agree with darkshadow's post (Im just to lazy to quote it atm =p) Im on year 16 and still training so i can beat the final bosses. There difficult in 1p -.-. Of course i cant judge the multiplayer because ive never used it (only have 1 gba), but i imagine it would be fun.

Re: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
When I cleared the game I was around year 16 which by then you should be able to defeat the final boss raem. Did you know that you can level up the tailors, alchemists and blacksmiths in your home town so they sell or craft the best possible items. The ultimate weapon for each tribe as far as i know can only be crafted in your home town if you've levelled up your shopkeepers or merchants.
