hmmm another way to get rid of your hiccups......run a mile with out stopping always works for me

Ok here is what I do.

Take a drink of water, don't swallow. Keep it in you mouth. Then plug your ears with your fingures (or how ever you want to do it) and while plugging your ears, swallow the water. Try timing it when a hicup is about to happen. Works everytime for me.

what if you hiccup and swallow water at the same time.wouldn't that make you choke.

It stays in your mouth for an extra second or two, and you swallow it. =D

I either laugh or get scared to death. That usually works.

Interesting. But what if you are outdoors and far away from home when you get it?

Holding my breath always works for me. Simple and can do it anywhere

Or drink them away.

hmmm drinking any thign never makes my hiccups go away,i just choke on whatever im drinkning >.<
