Each posting earns you a certain amount of Gils & EXP......EXP is needed to higher your level while gils can be used in many ways.....buy items,weapons & magics, Heal yourself at the healing Center etc.......

what im saying is im dead and iv tried to go to the healing centre do i need a certain amount? i understand exp & gil though thanx for the advice!

back to the subject! it depends because human black mages arent that good if you was to have a black mage use it on the bear things the ones that can change into sages and illusionists i cant remember what they are called if its the human your desciding for choose paladin but i wouldnt even have a palandin on my team id use him as a soldier, a fighter or a archer they look stupid in the wht mage form with the big dress so i wouldnt use humans as mages they dont have hardly any mp or mAGIC STRENGTH.
