Under normal circumstances I’d be all over Russell at 1.98 agaainst Lopez on US hardcourt where he has had some decent results of late. He pulled mid game with a suspected back strain against Tommy Haas 10 days ago however so this has to be approached with some caution. I think however with the US Open so close he would probably be reluctant to risk himself unless he felt he was up to this. He easily beat Lopez on hardcourt in Indian Wells back in March and I think he’ll have too much again here today.
