Here's a trailer for the game. Looks really hot.

Here's a gameplay trailer as well.

In the remake, as opposed to having four warriors of light at the beginning, each of the four main characters will have backstories and you'll meet them along the way, like later games. (You'll get them all in your party before you go into Jinn's Cave to rescue Sara though.) You start out alone as Luneth, as you can see in the gameplay video.

Of course, now the Giant Rat will be even harder. :/

If a DS game can have FMVs, then it looks like it has more power than I thought!
