This is quite bizarre. I never found the Dark Aeons challenging, when I battled against them, they were a real dissapointment. I'ld rather go through defeating Penance and Nemesis, then countering those.

i believe you have to fight the aeons at the end of Final Fantasy X-2

Actually, this is Final Fantasy X Japanese Translated version. So if you have the american version you did not have to do this i don't believe.

You mean the PAL version, right?

And the Dark Aeons are easy with the right armor, and maxed stats. With the exception of Luck. =\ Dark Shiva shows the Speed stats needs to be maxed. XD Penance is the luck of the draw. Just hope he doesn't get a turn with both arms.

Yes, they're in the PAL and International version sof Final Fantasy X, like I said.

actually ive beaten d.ifrit, d.shiva, valefor and that horse one, not bad for a 13yearold :-)

Seems easy considering in that version of you game you can more than break the damage limit.

Yes, but you have to max your stats before you'll be able to even go near 99,999 damage, and expecially for these superbosses.

Not to mention getting either the Celestial Weapons or all the items required for 'Break Damage Limit', both of which are very tedious.

Well, i wouldn't know about all that since i've never actually played the game.

Tedius can't even begin to describe it. between riding that danged airship from place to place, dodging lightening hundreds of times in a row, and dodging birds on a chocobo, it's just an outright nasty task lol. you could make a separate game just for getting the celestrial weapons lol

griever, you must pick this game up. if not for the gameplay, for the story. it's beautiful. awesome gameplay, awesome fiends, awesome characters (annoying at times but awesome), awesome music...it's just awesome incase you haven't noticed

Eh i didnt think getting the Celestrial weps/crests/sigils was all that tasking...the only one i had problems with was the damn chocobo racing >.<!!!
but other than that all the others were fun to get. And like i said earlier the D. Aeons arent as tasking or tedious to beat as Nemesis IMO...maybe if sumone could find a video of sumone beating him...that would be a nice topic for discussion
