    getting GP in golden saucer

    atm i am trying to get cloud lvl 4 limit break in disk 1 i just wanted to know does that guy appear at the golden saucer entrance that trades GP for money on pc? i know he appears on playstation but i cant seem to find him on pc. also im not sure how to get tifa's lvl 4 limit i used the piano...

    do any1 know how i can hit 9999 without limits? can you plz tell me my main characters are squall zell and quitis Squall- lvl 99 with lionheart Zell- lvl 90 with energiz Quitis- lvl 58 with red scorpion for some reason squall s doing 3000 damage and quitis is doing more damage than zell
