Is Final Fantasy VI better than Vice City?

And, like in most tri-Ace games, after you beat the game, there's usually a tough bonus dungeon with a few super-tough optional bosses. (Usually from Valkyrie Profile.) And I don't think this is in the first game, but in 2 and 3, there are different difficulty modes, that have to be unlocked by different things. (SFX, Voice Collections, Battle Trophies, etc.)

I still want SO2... Any game that has a character with a barrel fetish in it has to be awesome.
