ummmm 2 are in kefkas tower, uh skull and is it white dragon?
ones in fanatics tower,
uhh wers red one? grrrr

That's seven. You need just one more. In Kefka's Tower it's the Skull Dragon and the GOLD Dragon. The White Dragon (Fanatic's Tower) is the white dragon.
