Please, God..

[Gumdrop]

And by God I mean a mod or shaggy - do something about the bots before they tell their bot friends this is a good place for them?
At least three joining in 1-2 weeks sucks.

Also if you have a spare moment could you change my username to Gumdrop? Thanks <3

[Shaggy]

Ok, I changed you name. Also, what bots are you talking about. I took care of some yesterday, are you seeing more?

[Gumdrop]

Thanks a lot <3
Pretty sure geords is one.

[Leon]

err a well needed topic..

I wouldn't try to indicate which are bots coz the smart money says i'll end up pointing at regular people who are just trying to revive the place ""

Heavens Cloud? was that you? 0.0!

[Gumdrop]

Lal

On this forum? Yes. And a few others but there's a lot of people by that username and I just stopped liking it so I decided it was time for a change.

[Phoenix Flame]

You've changed your name several times...but you've hung around the longest...so: big ninja cookie for j00! =D

[Gumdrop]

^ Thank you <3

*nibbles her cookie*

I've noticed and reported a few bots, though some of them are getting smart and can read posts and reply to them within topic. Though their Sig usually gives them away. >_> Cause it usually contains something in the area of selling something or promoting some other site.

[Shaggy]

Keep reporting them. Just make sure you post the link to the bot post itself as it gets difficult to see them all. Thanks for keeping an eye out for them.

[TherathxRikku]

Oh, didn't think of that. I'll remember.

I click the Report button on the direct post sometimes, but it doesn't seem to do anything...

[clief101_]

how do u report a bot?

[TherathxRikku]

See the triangly button with the ! by your post? That's the Report button. Or, you can just PM Shaggy or ~Hidan~, but like Shaggy said, put a link in the message.

[clief101_]

hmmm, i shall do this

[TherathxRikku]

Help yourself, butI'm finding them, too, so PM me if you find so we don't both report it. Shaggy's Inbox'll fill quickly. xD

[clief101_]

haha, that it will.....merry christmas!!!! it can be his chrissy pressie!!! XD

[TherathxRikku]

Don't jinx it, otherwise ten million bots will fill the forums. >_> <_<

[clief101_]

.....it would appear that thats the case atm....THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!!!

[rissole25]

That kris bot annoys me...

[Shaggy]

Yea, its crazy how many come on here. The best we can do is just report it and it will get deleted. Thanks for everyone thats been reporting them. Makes it easy to find

[TherathxRikku]

And although I'm still using a PSP, I'll continue helping out as best I can! :]
